The Heidelberg Winter Ball will take place at the Schiller campus this year.

As every year, we would like to take the opportunity to invite you to a pre-ball "alumni only"-dinner before the ball kicks off.

Date: Saturday, Nov 28
Time: 7 p.m.
Location: Le Coq, Brückenstrasse 17, Heidelberg
Contact: Ute Gleich
How to find it: click here for map

In the past the dinner has proven to be very valuable in terms of networking and of course getting to know each other before the party starts.

Please confirm whether you will attend this pre-ball dinner and whether or not you are bringing a guest / your better half.

After the dinner we will join the ball at the Schiller campus in Heidelberg.
